Anyone aged 13-19 years old who can commit at least one week to the internship experience. You do not need to have any experience to apply; what matters is having a passion for learning. Students who are interested in experiencing work at a social enterprise and contributing to social initiatives are strongly encouraged to apply.

All interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their time, and testimonials can be provided upon request. This internship also offers valuable experience to add to your resume or future applications.

Make the Change is located with our sister company MAD School at Riverside Point #03-03. The nearest MRT stations are Clarke Quay MRT and Fort Canning MRT. Working hours are generally on weekdays, but this can be discussed during the interview. However, these hours may vary if interns participate in ad-hoc programs with our partner organizations.

You will develop the Changemaker competencies through various tasks such as Empathy Mapping, Creative Confidence, and others. Additional tasks may include article writing, brainstorming marketing strategies, or participating in workshops organized by Apple. These activities depend on your internship schedule. We are also willing to customize tasks based on your strengths and interests, aligned with organizational needs.

The internship is unpaid because it offers students practical experience and a chance to see what it's like working in a hands-on environment.
