Xiner may very well be the most experienced designer in the socio-creative landscape of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), International Charitable Organisations (ICOs) and Social Enterprises today. Besides her own creative works, Xiner is also managing a group of freelance designers for pro-bono or subsidised projects.
