Jade believes that the best things in the world only happen if you live with empathy and an open mind.  

She has a degree in Professional Communications from RMIT; interned as a journalist at Singapore Press Holdings; worked under the editorial and marketing team at Ethos Books; and tutored Literature and English to Primary, Secondary and IB students. 

She delights in working with kids and has been an MOE-certified instructor - freelancing in both primary and secondary schools - for almost 5 years. She always embraces learning something new and has conducted a diverse array of programmes for drama, debate, broadcast journalism, video and radio production, green screen videography, various forms of digital art, coding, media literacy, stop motion animation, oracy & public speaking, leadership & mentoring and also at-risk youth. 

She takes joy in knowing that in the end those she’s taught have picked up both knowledge and personal values.
