For the third year running, our team had the honour of conducting workshops for IMDA’s Bring Your Kids to Work Day, a signature event that gives officers’ children a meaningful glimpse into their parents’ roles in shaping Singapore’s digital future. More than just a fun day at the office, the event celebrates family, learning, and the spirit of innovation that IMDA champions daily.
We are deeply honoured to be invited back once again. This year, we brought back two of our most engaging and hands-on workshops, Sticker Magic and Podcasting Pals, each designed to spark imagination while building foundational digital media skills.
Sticker Magic: Design, Share, Chat!
What better way to introduce kids to digital art than through something they love—stickers? In this vibrant session, children were guided to explore the Procreate app, where they transformed their ideas into personalized digital stickers.
With styluses in hand and creativity in full swing, they sketched characters, icons, and imaginative designs. Through this process, they picked up essential illustration techniques and discovered how visual design can enhance digital communication, a skill increasingly relevant in today’s world.
Beyond the art, the workshop highlighted a deeper value: how digital tools can be used to express emotions, identity, and ideas.
Podcasting Pals: Your Podcast Journey
From microphones to mini interviews, Podcasting Pals offered children a chance to be the stars of their own show. In this engaging, interactive workshop, they learned how to script, record, and edit their very own podcast episode using Garageband.
Whether sharing personal stories or asking thoughtful questions, the children quickly found their voice. Along the way, they built skills in communication, storytelling, and media production, echoing the same creative processes that power today’s content creation landscape.
Where work and kids collide!

It has been a privilege to journey alongside IMDA in this meaningful initiative for three consecutive years. Watching young participants light up with curiosity and creativity affirms why we do what we do.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to inspire the next generation of digital creators and communicators, and we look forward to what future editions will bring.
Here’s to empowering young minds!
