Internship Experience - Cedar Girls' Secondary School

During October 2025, we welcomed two students, Clarissa and Krystal, from Cedar Girls Secondary School for a week long internship at Make The Change. Their active participation in the various activities that were offered and their takeaway from this experience reflects the values that the Young Changemaker Programme has stood for. 

"I never thought there were so many skills that go into being a changemaker, and this programme added a new nuance to how I view people who work towards bringing about social change." - Clarissa

"Through this internship, I learnt what being a changemaker is all about and what the key skills (empathy and critical thinking) of a changemaker are." - Krystal

We hope that Clarissa and Krystal’s experience in the Changemaker Programme can inspire a new generation to care deeply and act deliberately for the social issues in our daily lives.
