Yin Yee doesn't just talk about inclusion, she builds it up! From being an ally, their inaugural social worker, returning to serve as volunteer and a locum before being appointed as the Executive Director of Oogachaga. She's an individual passionate about making sure everyone feels valued and heard. Yin Yee has been serving the non-profit communities professionally since 2008, from being a medical social worker, to a social worker in the children and youth settings, to supervising and supporting social workers, to being a member of the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW) Crisis Response Team. We are honoured to have her as a guest speaker at YFC 2026!

Boon Siong isn't just a social worker, but also a mentor who has walked the path himself. As a strong pillar at YGOS, he specializes in youth-at-risk intervention, taking a "heart-first" approach in providing guidance and support. As an expert at navigating the complexities of youth work, we believe that his journey is a living example that the past doesn't define one's future!
